BASIC DAILY ROUTINE TO CARE FOR YOUR HAIR

Ah! Before washing the hair, it must be brushed again. In this way, you help remove dust and particles from the scalp, for a better finish after washing.

Ø Warm water, your best ally. It is another of the tips that we have already given you on more than one occasion: finishing the wash with warm water helps to improve the blood circulation of the scalp and soothe the cuticle, keeping the root of your hair healthier, hydrated, and nourished.

Ø The hairstyle is best with a wide-bristled wooden comb. Wood is the most respectful material for your hair, and the wide bristles help avoid static energy that can be caused by friction and rubbing. The result will be hair that is soft and protected from frizz.

Is this bad to wash your hair every day?

·        The answer to how often you have to wash your head is much easier than it seems: each hair must be washed when asked. Of course, remember that for oily hair, washing it every day can promote the production of sebum and oil.
